In order to improve service to our esteemed consumers of Gangtok and surrounding areas, Power Department, Government of Sikkim, has started a helpline service. Consumer can register their complaint regarding power supply through the following helpline number:-

For the time being, the complaint timing shall be from 8 am to 6 pm on all weekdays, including Sundays & holidays. The timing shall eventually be extended 24/7.
