Consumer Self Service Portal


1. Consumer Self-Service Portal is an online platform that enables customers to independently access services, find information on the monthly billing and payments, and perform various tasks without the direct involvement of a customer service representative. Customers can initiate and track service requests/complaints. Both customers and internal teams can track the status of a complaint, from submission to resolution. It provides alerts to both customers and support staff about the progress of the complaint. 2. Consumer can also choose to use RTGS /NEFT mode of payment for power bill  by submitting the below form :-

3. Consumers can now pay the total amount of bill (including both current amount and cumulative arrear) through PhonePe application. Kindly download the mobile app on your phone to make the payment.
